Soundtrack

For our opening scene, I think it would be good to have some really sad, emotional music whilst we are seeing the close ups of Rosie and her room. This music needs to play quietly so that we can hear the voice over of the parents arguing over the top. The beginning song- Broken Hearts (0:00-3:33).....................By: Michael Ortega sounds very dramatic and I think it will sound really professional and emotional with the shouting over the top and the close ups of Rosie and her emotions.

As our piece is set in the woods, I have been looking at some 'woodland soundtracks' for us to use for our piece.

For when Rosie first enters the woods and is playing around in the trees and lake, I think this music would fit really well as it is calm, happy yet mysterious, which means that the audience will foreshadow that something bad is going to happen later on in the film:
